Now am i wrong or are there diffrent stages? I mean sonme people i know do NO dairy others do, while many others also eat fish?What would be the recommended amount of veggie protien?I wish to slowly wean my family off the meat, ideas? Guest guest Posted November 1, 2000 Report Share Posted November 1, 2000 Hi Niccii, I weaned my family off meat my serving it only as an ingrediant in other dishes, so they only got small chunks of meat mixed with veggies, rice, pasta, ect. I slowly cut back on the amount of meat untill they got used to not having meat. The advantage of this is that you can prepare the dish, seperating out a portion for the non-meat eaters and then add the meat for the rest. Hope this helps you.
