Guest guest
Debby, Hi. If I may be so bold I would suggest more of the following: #rice and beans (unless beans give you gas or you have intestinal problems) #lots of green veggies [and try a new veggie once a week] #whole grain products (unless you have a wheat allergy) please check with your nutritionist for more healthy suggestions. hope this helps some. God Bless You, Lori ~~~~I like soy lots but lately I have been off tofu. Gotta love those Boca Burgers though [soy-filled]~~~~~~~~~~~ - Debby Sunday, October 29, 2000 06:56 PM new to group My 14 year old daughter and I are in the process of becoming vegetarian. It was my doctors advice to just start cutting back on how many times a week we eat meat. I don't eat that much to begin with anyway. My problem is that I am allergic to soy and most vegetarian recipes that I've seen contain it. Also, most vegetarian products on the market contain soy. What can I do? deb eGroups Sponsor ____________NetZero Free Internet Access and Email_________ Download Now http://www.netzero.net/download/index.html Request a CDROM 1-800-333-3633 _________
