I belive a better place to start is to ADD non meat foods to your diet. This

is a great time of the year to have soup and whole grain bread for dinner.

Pasta dishes are often veg without soy. Veggie burgers are an easy dish. veg

sandiches and plenty of salads offer a great start to becoming veg.
