Hello all,

 

My name is Kathy and I am a new member. I am looking for quick low-

fat vegetarian recipes. I myself am not a vegetarian but my husband

is and I also do not like to cook meat because it grosses me out,

however, I do eat it in restaurants. Which is probably worse than if

I cooked it myself but I can't stand to handle raw meat. I also have

a 3 year old and she doesn't eat much meat either and I am concerned

that she may not be getting the protein she needs. So any well

balanced toddler friendly recipes would be greatly appreciated. I am

excited to be a part of this group. Thank you!
