I had gone out to dinner one night and ordered a pasta dish that I thought had an olive oil based sauce, but turned out to be a heavy cream sauce. I was starving and we had a movie to get to, so rather than reorder another meal, I ate some of what I had there. boy...did I regret that later. i shall not go into the details, but lets just say abdominal cramps and gas were horrid for not only the rest of that night, but into the next day as well. I felt miserable...which led me to question whether or not I had been feeling crappy all those years I had consumed dairy and had I noticed a difference now that I have stopped... I am going to do some thinking about this. steph _____ Say Bye to Slow Internet! http://www.home.com/xinbox/signup.html
