Veggie food for cats

you need to be sure the veggie food for cats has taurine in it - they need it

for their eyes to develop normally, I think.

I have heard of veggie food for cats. I have 3 cats and don't like

contributing to the meat industry either as I am vegan. However, since cats

are carnivorous by nature, their bodies are made to eat meat, I don't feel I

have the right to change that. I feel that because they can't voice their

opinion on it, I don't have the right to force my lifestyle on them. This

is not a put-down on anyone who uses the veggie food for cats, this is just

how I feel about it. I believe though, that there is a vegetarian food

available for cats in England.

oh yes, forgot to say that i tried once to give pokey veggie cat food and he

was VERY ill. not sure why, but i will NEVER try that again!
