Hello to all list members.

My name is Tehuti, I am from Australia and hope to pick up lots of

veggie cooking tips.

I am 99% vegetarian, I will eat meat if my body wants it. Which isn't

often, but sometimes I just get an overwhelming craving for a little

tiny bit of steak or roast. I have tested this out. If I am not craving

meat, it makes my gag and vomit. Strange but true. I guess my body knows

what it wants and when.

I became vegetarian for health reasons, and as a personal protest at

certain agricultural habits and companies. For this reason, I do not eat

soy products, or any other vegetable, legume, or grain products unless

they are biodynamically grown, or I know the source. I don't eat fish,

chicken, pork, eggs or lot fed beef.
