When they are in my house, they know what I am serving ahead of time and the reasons why. if they don't like it my favorite answer is...don't show up for meals then. I also have a relative that goes on and on about reasons not to be a vegetarian. But she never pushes heself away from the table when dinner is ready. I have also found more people are willing to try something new when its a vegetable then if its meat. Throw that in their face and it works well also. People at work are great and stand behind me and don't tease, they always want to know what I am eating and the following week it seems they are trying the same dish or sandwich they asked about the week before.
