Guest guest
Hello Rashunda: I'm about 90% vegetarian and the only trouble I have is traveling or eating out. We eat out less and less because I simply don't trust the ingredients/cleanliness that are in restaurant food to make it " taste better. " Fast food is a problem on the road. My wife (100% veg)and I usually drop by a supermarket and eat lunch there because you can find veggie items in most of the larger chains. At restaurants, we usually ask if the kitchen can make an entree substituting a non meat item. Friends, our numbers are growing rapidly and most decent restaurants offer a veggie entree section. When we fly (a lot) we usually try to tote on our veggie food in one of those insulated lunch sacks. Airline food is " prison fare. " The extra effort is worth feeling better away from home. Thanks for letting me share.
