Hamburger Helper was Vegetarian Enchilada Casserole

Hi Kerri,

I'm brand new to the list (hello everyone) so forgive me if this has

been covered but..

My dh loves Hamburger Helper and is not a vegitarian. I make it for

him with Morningstar Hamburger subsitute and he's happy as can be.

Might try that for your ILs. The skillet Lasagna is especially spicy

enough to cover any trace of meat substitute and you can add veggies

easily. I throw in a package of Oregon Farms string beans or mixed

veggies.
