My style is indeed QUICK.....I'm pragmatic and want something on the table in less than 30 minutes; therefore, I am not averse to using fresh, frozen, or canned ingredients - ALL in the same recipe. I prefer one-course entrees, soups, stews, and sauces. I don't do desserts, much baking, or many salads. About the only dish I prepare that takes longer is Sushi, sourdough pizza, or my baked veggie spring rolls. With that in mind, ask me anything; I'm willing to jump in and share where I can!
