Hello,

 

Just a quick post to introduce myself. My name is Gabbie, and l live in

Melbourne, Australia. l have been a lacto-ovo vegetarian for 11 years, and

have just recently decided to try being vegan for a month or two. l'm going

ok with dinners and breakfasts, but am really stuck for ideas for lunches! l

used to eat cheese sandwiches almost every day in some form or other, which

wasn't very imaginative, but l like my food to be quick and easy. l've

bought some instant miso noodles, but have mostly been eating toast and

hummus. Any ideas out there? Also, this may sound silly, but can someone

please tell me what miso is, as well as Tempeh? l have bought tempeh

burgers, but are not sure what they are actually made of. l feel like l have

alot of research to do!
