Just make sure you hide the cans and people will never know! =) In a little oil saute until tender: 1 large onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced Add: 1 family size can Campbells Tomato Soup 1 can Soy milk 1 can diced tomatoes (I use garlic, oregano, and basil seasoned) Fresh or dried basil to taste Heat thoroughly, stirring often. While soup is cooking, cook a small bag of frozen cheese tortellini according to directions on package. Drain and add to soup right before eating. This makes enough for about 4-6 people.
