Guest guest Posted October 2, 2000 Report Share Posted October 2, 2000 frozen apple juice concentrate is my favorite sugar substitute because it does not have that health food flavor. I use slightly less apple juice concentrate than what the recipe calls for sugar. This does not work for cookies.
