Guest guest
Hi, I am more or less new to this group, from Netherlands but living in Germany. I never have much time to shop let alone cook, I have a bookshop. But this I tried yesterday and it was nice, and you can make it with wathever you have in the fridge.... ingredients for two 1 block Tofu (200 gr) - diced vegetables e.g. carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, spring onions, leek, green beans cut into stir fry size (about 200 gr) quick cooking noodles (200 gr) two tbs of peanut butter five tbs of soy sauce (salty) vegetable broth powder oil water Pour the soy sauce over the diced tofu and let soak for about 20 minutes. Take tofu out of soy sauce and fry in a little oil for 10 minutes, depending on how you like it. Take the tofu out of the pan, add a little oil and stir fry the vegetables for a couple of minutes. Add the soy sauce used for the tofu. Add three/four cups of water and the broth powder. Then add the peanutbutter, and stir to dissolve it. Add the noodles when the water/sauce is boiling. Cook until ready. Sprinke tofu on top to serve. Gerbina *** Outside of a dog, a book is human's best friend.
