I'm looking for channa (chickpeas/curryish sort of thing) especially, but anything else, especially something that can be made ahead of time and kept in the fridge, would be great. I'm in a university dorm, so stuff like that comes in handy! along the lines of the tofu-chicken, I find that adding poulty seasoning to anything makes it taste like chicken!
