Guest guest
Marrow is a big (very big)vegetable like a giant courgette and just as bland.I am in UK so if you still want address of " Organics direct " which is delivery to any where in Uk ring for a free catalogue on 0020 77292828.They also have a website www.Organicsdirect. I think you probably call Vegetable marrow something else in USA. Diane
Guest guest
Hi, I've never seen marrow here in Canada, except when my mum grew it one year (we're originally from England). We had so much of the stuff that we seemed to be eating it forever. Try using it in place of zucchini in recipes for zucchini bread, zucchini cake, zucchini muffins etc.... It's also good in stews. Another suggestion is to hollow it out, make a mixture of cooked veggies and rice, stuff the marrrow top with cheese and bake. You can use the scooped out part to mix with the veggies, or in a marrow-cake for desert.
