Guest guest Posted August 22, 2000 Report Share Posted August 22, 2000 My favourite fast meal which gives an energy boost is; Place selection of salad leaves(any lettuce you like)on a plate with watercress.Add sliced avocado and sliced orange.Dress with simple dressing (I use a ready made diet oil and vinegar one)That's it! Does anyone else have a quick salad recipe? Another fast energising lunch is : Take wholemeal roll(or bread if sandwich preferred)spread with sugar free organic peanut butter and add watercress(for iron).Yum!
