Guest guest Posted August 18, 2000 Report Share Posted August 18, 2000 I hope everyone will remember that those cooking/raw recommendations as well as the shelf life lists were JUST SUGGESTIONS - food will digest just as well raw and have necessary enzymes needed for metabolism - food can also be safely eaten after YEARS on the food shelf - and the flavor will be just as good. Some people live very healthy lives on totally raw food diets.
