Guest guest Posted July 27, 2000 Report Share Posted July 27, 2000 Amanda's Kitchen Recipe Archive Tofu " Ricotta " Filling Vegan Preparation: 10 minutes Makes 3 cups 1 lb hard Chinese-style tofu, drained, squeezed and crumbled 1/3 c. olive oil 1 tsp salt 2 cloves garlic, crushed) 1/4 small onion, finely minced 1 tsp basil 1 tsp oregano 1.Mix tofu and all other ingredients in a bowl. 2.Toss well and adjust seasoning if desired.
