Guest guest
I always have serving sizes of frozen sliced tofu in the freezer. I toss the frozen tofu into boiling water. After it defrosts I usually boil a few more minutes. I drain it and add a sauce. Teriaki or citrus soy are the easiest. It can be eaten like that or pan fried. I had a recipe for tofu " cheese cake " which was excellant. It contains a lot of tofu but you cant taste it. The trick to that recipe is to drain the tofu very well. Good luck to you in your quest for healthier eating. Julz
