Mustard Vinaigrette Vegan Preparation: 5 minutes Makes 1 1/2 cups 1 c. canola oil 3/4 c. apple cider vinegar 2 T Dijon Mustard 2 tsp salt 1 - 2 cloves garlic, minced ½ tsp sugar 1.Put all ingredients in a 1L jar or bottle with a tight fitting lid. 2.Cover and shake until blended. or 1.Combine all ingredients with a blender.
