oven recipes, request

Hi all,

 

With both my mother and I cooking, and with summer coming on, the kitchen

and the whole downstairs gets kind of hot w/ two people cooking on the stove

because of all the steam. If anyone has nice and easy (preferably good,

budget-wise, too) oven recipes, that would be just great! I prefer oven

recipes, too, because I can prepare the ingredients, pop it in the oven, and

then have 1/2 hour to sit and watch TV or something before eating. Fun. :-)
