Linguini with veggies

--Makes enough for 3 servings:

 

1/2 box linguini noodles

2 or 3 cubes vegetarian bouillon

2 small, white onions

2 cans asparagus pieces

2-4oz cans mushroom pieces

1/2 cup Italian cheese mix (optional)

 

Using half the amount of liquid called for, cook the noodles in water to which

the bouillon and liquids from the asparagus and mushrooms have been added.

 

In separate skillet, saute onions until tender then add asparagus pieces and

mushrooms. Warm through then serve on top of noodles.

 

Shredded cheese(s) may be sprinkled on top if desired.
