I'd like recipes for smoothies, if anyone has them. I LOVE bananas,

strawberries, etc. I'm just sick of the same ol' banana shake. Hehe. I LOVE

using my blender, I just don't know what to make in it....

Fruit is the fast food of God..

... by whatever name you call God.. it is amazing that the Divine

Power has packaged food in banana peels, coconut husks,

nut shells, apple rinds..

1 tahini.. spread on apple slices

2. orange banana smoothies

3. avocado tomato smoothies

Mango smoothies, nut burgers, nut butters,

succotash of corn, beans, peas..

tofu icecreams..

You can make a quiche with your blender, but it's obv not vegan. You throw 3

eggs, 1/2 cup or more milk, 1/2 cup Bisquick, cheese (1 cup, but I use less),

onion and any veggies you like into the blender and combine. Pour into an

oiled pie pan and bake at 350 F for 40-45 min.
