Guest guest
--To help you heal a little quicker from your wisdom teeth surgery, you might try taking some vitamins - B, C, and E are excellent for healing although wait until the bleeding stops before you use the C and E as they do have a blood thinning effect (which can be counteracted by Vit K). Be sure to keep your mouth clean by swishing with Listerene several times a day - or perhaps hydrogen peroxide (just be sure that you don't swallow - and follow up with a water rinse). COLD liquids and frozen ones (like ice cream) will help numb the pain while keeping down the swelling. Hot will increase the blood circulation and a delay of at least 12 - 24 hours would be best before drinking heated foods. So just stock up on yogurts and ice cream and milk shakes and smoothies for a week or so until your gums are healed. ~~Jenny Whaat!!! Have you tried The Doghouse??!
