Guest guest
Reducing meat is great. As is evolving toward a vegetarian or even vegan lifestyle. That is what it is. A Lifestyle......... And just because someone becomes vegetarain does not mean they become less fat. Unless of course they reduce the overall fat and still check calories per serving. COOKING LIGHT magazine available at ones local stores is a great magazine for helping do each of these. Men like any of us will love good food sans meat IF it tastes good, is filling, and looks good. When I first evolved toward non-meat eating most food looked yuckkkkkkkkers. Then I realized that much of the food of Asia, Greece, Spain, Italy etc does not or does not have to have meat in it. My husband likes trout and fish and so we still eat it on occasion. But I made the BIG mistake when we went non-meat years ago of loading on the oil and with sweets the honey etc. Big mistakes. LOL I gained 18 lbs.
