I am a lacto vegetarian and very close to becoming vegan (due to allergies

to dairy). I have been a vegetarian since I was 10 years old (I am now 24).

In the past 5-6 years I have just begun learning how to cook good healthy

food. I am really interested in quick healthy vegetarian recipes and I

would really enjoy vegan recipes also (my son is allergic to dairy as well

as my husband). I would like to keep the food lower in fat if possible,

since I am trying to loose those unwanted after pregnancy pounds (still).
