I am not vegetarian, though; I just like to incorporate that kind of eating in with the rest of my diet. I especially enjoy recipes using dairy and eggs - am not much of a fan of tofu although I do cook with it now and then - cannot find many soybean products except for the powders to put in milk/juice - also I have a lot of difficulties finding many of the " wild, exotic " ingredients that VEG.TIMES calls for which is frustrating so if people could also include possible substitutions with any recipes that call for those kinds of things, I would appreciate it. I am not much of a salad eater although I do like eating raw foods and combining them in different, novel ways. Salt and sugar and white flour are things that I rarely eat. I enjoy cooking - especially on the stove top - and love it when I serve non-vegetarians a completely meatless meal and they tell me that it is some of t! he BEST food that they have ever eaten! ~~~Jenny Whaat!!! I almost never read a recipe all the way through before I start cooking...
