Guest guest Posted March 2, 2000 Report Share Posted March 2, 2000 Fettucine with Pine Nut and Breadcrumb Sauce 6 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup pine nuts 1 clove garlic, minced 2/3 cup soft, fresh breadcrumbs 2 tbl minced fresh parsley fettucine noodles or birds nests salt and freshly ground black pepper heat olive oil, add pine nuts, garlic and breadcrumbs, saute until brown, stirring constantly.
