Fettucine with Pine Nut and Breadcrumb Sauce

 

6 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup pine nuts

1 clove garlic, minced

2/3 cup soft, fresh breadcrumbs

2 tbl minced fresh parsley

fettucine noodles or birds nests

salt and freshly ground black pepper

 

heat olive oil, add pine nuts, garlic and breadcrumbs, saute until brown,

stirring constantly.

Stir in parsley, saute 1-2 minutes

Add to cooked pasta
