Guest guest
Spinach Lasagne I like this recipe because you do not need to pre-cook the noodles. Also, you can make it low fat if you want to. It's easy and (for lasagne) fast. 1 Box lasagne noodles 1 lb Cottage Cheese (or ricotta) 1 package frozen spinach/thawed/well drained (squeeze it) mozzarella cheese (I use about 1 1b shredded) Parmesan cheese oregano garlic powder salt pepper spagetti sauce (28 oz jar is fine) 1 egg 1 cup water Combine the cottage cheese, egg, spinach, 1/2 mozzarella, parmesan cheese and spices. Pour and spread some spagetti sauce in the bottom of a 9 X 13 Put on one layer of uncooked noodles Spread half of the cheese/spinach combo Layer Noodles More Cheese/spinach combo Finsh off with a Layer of Noodles Spagetti Sauce Remaining Mozarella Cheese and maybe more Parm Cheese if you want Pour the 1 C water around the edges cover tightly with foil Bake at 350 for 1 hour. enjoy
