Guest guest Posted February 25, 2000 Report Share Posted February 25, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Garden-Fresh Primavera Recipe By :Betty Crocker's New Eat and Lose Weight Cookbook Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 ounces uncooked linguine 1 cup 1-inch pieces green beens (4 oz) 1 medium carrot -- cut into 1/4-inch diagonal slices (1/2 cup) 1/2 medium green bell pepper -- cut into 2 x 1/4-inch pieces 1 cup sliced mushrooms (3 oz) 1 medium tomato -- cut into 1 " pieces (3/4 cup) 1 8 oz bottle fat-free Caesar or creamy Italian dressing freshly ground pepper Cook linguine as directed on package in 3-quart saucepan, adding green beans, carrot, and bell pepper during last 3 minutes of cooking. While linguine is cooking, place mushrooms in colander. Drain linguine and vegetables in colander. Return linguine and vegetables to saucepan. Add tommato and dressing; toss to coat. Cook over medium heat until hot.
