Guest guest
Just two quick points: A. As a vegan, I don't chose to eat animal products in any form, but I would like to suggest that if someone chooses to post a fish recipe I have two options, 1. overlook the recipe for personal use 2. find a vegan way to adapt it- this is not difficult. Some of the best veg recipes I have come from adapting non-veg recipes. I think the reality is that it is important to support any efforts folks wish to make to get themselves to a more eco and animal friendly diet. I wish this didn't include fish or cheese or milk, but if it gets people one step farther away from the disaster that is the American diet, then I say hey, right on! B. When you are responding to another post, please do not include it in its entirety. This makes the email about 50-75% longer than necessary. Good list etiquette says don't include the unneccessary. When replying, make sure you clear out the bits you aren't typing yourself. HAPPY VEGGING ALL!
