I went to Amazon.com to look for the Substitution Cookbook, but the only one I

could find which might be it was the following, which is out of print and not

available at Amazon.

But the reference to the Allergy Cookbook was fantastic -- I would have never

thought to look here for vegan cooking ideas, but they are there in droves.

There's too many to mention here, however since many of these are out of print,

backordered, available only on special order, watch the availability line in the

listing -- it will say Usually ships . . . if it's readily available. Else

don't waste your time reading the review of books you can't get.

can do with little utensils and money...

 

I recommend " The Campus Cookbook " and " The Campus Companion " and similar types.

 

a good place for to find substitutions to use for things that you

can't/won't eat or that you just don't happen to have in stack...any

cookbook designed for allergy substitution... " The Substitution Book " " The

Allergy Cookbook " and similar.
