Guest guest
Greetings Bethany! Thank you for your Wed, 01 Sep 1999 14:09:54 -0400 e-mail on " TEN STEPS TO LIFELONG HEALTH " ! I've enjoyed a certain validation in seeing Steps 2) through 10) In regards to step 1: I realize that the meat industry has helped transform many traditional " American " diets (which had moderate to minimal meat use) by advocating daily reliance of their meat products and from that standpoint I can agree with step #1)'s first suggestion on " Reduce ... meat " . Can you point to some evidence that supports extra " lifelong health " benefits from the complete elimination of meat as opposed to moderate/minimal use as our ancestors had? I ask this on behalf of all the people I communicate with as a private health chef as well as for my own personal interests. Cheers, John Michael chefecstasy
