Well, our food service here basically is not built for any sort of meatless

diet. I eat a lot of salads and rice and potatoes. I have to be extra

careful that I still get enough protein, though, becuase it is very easy to

leave that out when eating in the cafeteria.

We are required to be on the meal plan. If you want to get off the plan, yøu

have to petition with the school and write all sorts of essays and do a number

of crazy things. I'm planning on doing it next term though, just becuase it

is easier and cheaper.

ummmm everything has protein in it except for fruit, so how can you have

lack of protein? This is a concept that has puzzled me since I first

started my vegetarian adventure about 5 years ago. Have you heard of anyone

dying from lack of protein? I don't think so.

peace.
