Guest guest Posted November 20, 1999 Report Share Posted November 20, 1999 This is a great idea for a low-fat, quick holiday dessert. * Exported from MasterCook Mac * Low-Fat Chocolate Mousse Recipe By : The Vegetarian Times Complete Cookbook Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 cup brown rice syrup or honey 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 pound soft tofu -- cut into chunks 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon orange zest -- grated water -- as needed Place the rice syrup or honey, and vanilla in a food processor or blender. Process, adding the tofu a few chunks at a time, then add the cocoa and orange zest. Add the water to thin if needed. Pour the mousse into serving dishes.
