Guest guest Posted November 1, 1999 Report Share Posted November 1, 1999 I will see if I have any canning recipies...but I don't believe so... as to the frying of gree tomatoes....use just a little olive oil and a light cornmeal batter or a japanese Tempura batter if any...or a light spray olive oil Also try roasing or broiling them...either whole, stuffed or sliced...with or w/o herbs. And Tomatoes are excellent grilled. > A simple relish or Picco De Gallo is a good idea...dice the tomatoe...some onion, cillantro, and hot peppers if you want....if not...put some halepenjo (sp) juice on it and stir to mix well.
