I will see if I have any canning recipies...but I don't believe so...

 

as to the frying of gree tomatoes....use just a little olive oil and a

light cornmeal batter or a japanese Tempura batter if any...or a light

spray olive oil

 

Also try roasing or broiling them...either whole, stuffed or sliced...with

or w/o herbs.

 

 

And Tomatoes are excellent grilled. >:)

 

A simple relish or Picco De Gallo is a good idea...dice the tomatoe...some

onion, cillantro, and hot peppers if you want....if not...put some

halepenjo (sp) juice on it and stir to mix well.

 

Also dice them into Pita sandwiches and such...or make the pico de gallo

and use that in a sandwick
