Guest guest Posted August 31, 1999 Report Share Posted August 31, 1999 miso vegetable soup 5 cups water 5 tablespoons miso paste 1 cup cubed tofu 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped carrots 1/3 cup chopped scallions 1/2 cup chopped snow peas 2 tablespoons raw garlic Dissolve miso paste in water over stove top on medium heat.
