Guest guest Posted August 31, 1999 Report Share Posted August 31, 1999 creamy broccoli and cauliflower soup 3 medium potatoes chopped and peeled into small cubes 1/3 cup chopped scallions 5 cups water 2 vegetarian vegetable bullion cubes 2 tablespoons raw garlic 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 cup chopped broccoli 1 cup chopped cauliflower Put potatoes, green onion, water, bullion, garlic, and onion powder into a raw pot and boil. Simmer for around fifteen minutes until the potatoes are well cooked. Remove from heat and when at room temperature, puree soup in food processor.
