Pesto Farfalle

 

If have access to a " Trader Joe's " grocery store, here is a very simple

pasta idea that is delicious and very filling! (If you

don't have access to Trader Joe's, you can substitute other brands of

ingredients -- but their cheese is incredible!)

 

Ingredients:

 

1 bag of Farfalle pasta (bowtie pasta)

1 jar of artichoke pesto sauce

Romano and parmesan cheese to taste (this is really yummy!)

 

Directions:

 

1.For the pasta, follow directions and use as much as needed.

2.For the pesto sauce, heat in a small pot and add garlic to suit your

taste. The garlic is crucial because without it, the

sauce is too bland.

3.Stove temperature should be on simmer so that the sauce doesn't burn.

4.Drain pasta. Mix sauce with pasta and sprinkle cheese on top.

 

Cook time is about 15-20 minutes.
