Below is something I discovered one day when I had only healthy food in the house, but I was craving a donut, something my diet did not approve of to say the least. This satisfies the donut craving, and you swear you're eating something bad for you it's so good! Here it is: Ingredients: (need a microwave) Banana Plain rice cake (Quaker Oats is good) Cinnamon **********Mash a banana(or more, depending on how many you're making), mix it up, and mix it up until it's gooey, pastelike. Spread over a rice cake. Sprinkle cinnamon on top, be slightly generous if desired. Put in microwave for 8 seconds. Bite into, and close your eyes... Now THAT is good!!
