Hey everybody! I just joined this list at onelist HQ. My name's Michelle,

I'm 14 yeard old, and I've been a vegetarian for all of <gasp> 4 days. As

you can imagine, I'm still in need to fast, easy recipes that either me or

my cullinarily-challenged parents (don't tell them I called them that) can

handle, that can appease my 9- and 10-year old brothers. Hopefully this is

the place to find that. I'm still adjusting but proud of making the switch

to becoming the lacto-ovo that I am.

We try...hope you like the recipies.

I have some recipies I will have to find your kid brothers might like

 

I know one place had an idea for searving herbed mashed potatoes and put a

" fence " of carrotes and assparagus around them...putting a broccoli spear

or something in the potatoes as the object to be fenced in >

my nephews would like that...but them my mother would have served it with a

story grin
