Guest guest Posted August 28, 1999 Report Share Posted August 28, 1999 *Rotini or other pasta *green pepper, diced *onion, diced *garlic, basil, salt and pepper, red pepper, all to taste *15 oz butter beans *fresh tomato, peeled (optional) and chopped *nutritional yeast/parmesan cheese Cook pasta, blanching tomato to peel. While cooking, saute garlic, onions, green pepper. Add butter beans, tomato, and other spices to garlic mix. Pour over drained pasta and serve with n.y./par cheese.
