this is one I use a lot >:)

I get some of the canned soups or vegetarian chili...(depends on the brand)

I will make some rice...even regular rice it takes about 20 minutes so if I

have time I use that...I open the can when the rice is done...mix together

and add spices...if I need more I use two different types of soups to

mix....I may add fresh or dried veggies as well or suate some in another

pan while I cook the rice...eggplant, onion, tomatoe and mushroom mix well

with all kinds of things.

I use a lot of spices from other places...I love Japanese spices and herb

styles and greek goes well on so many things and gives good variety...I

also like fresh herbs when my plants are healthy LOL

some I use most on rice are the vegetarian chili, cream of mushroom soup

(soy milk is good in this), broccolii chees soup (can use rice milk-I like

the flavor that gives)

on each of the condenced ones I add only about 1/4 the normal liquid and

mix....if making a smaller amount either store for later or use 1/2 can and

very little liquid.

this is very quick as the hot rice speeds the heating of the other and even

with minute rice the vegetables can be done in time with most of them and

if fixing to take to lunch you can get them almost don put in a container

and just microwave for an extra minute or two at lunch time

Enjoy...it is best to experiement....especially with as rambling as this is

LOL
