Guest guest
Subject: Speaking of cross-cultural spaghetti Kim Date: Tuesday, May 28, 1996 (17:21 PM) Speaking of non-traditional ways to eat spaghetti, one of my host families in Japan enjoyed spaghetti with a little cooking oil and tarako (dried fish eggs). It's surprisingly good! Just to turn the tables, I also like putting more traditional " spaghetti " toppings (steamed broccoli, stewed tomatoes, parmesan chees, etc.) on Japanese soba buckwheat noodles as a change of pace.
