Guest guest Posted August 20, 1999 Report Share Posted August 20, 1999 thai tofu soup 1 cup chopped firm tofu 4 cups water 1/3 cup chopped celery stalk 2 cups chopped cabbage 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (leaves included) 1/2 cup chopped green onion (green and white parts) 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce Heat tofu, water, celery, cabbage, onion powder, and garlic powder over medium to high heat until softly boiling. Continue to let boil for around 5-7 minutes, until cabbage and celery are somewhat tender and clear. Remove from heat and mix in cilantro, green onion, and soy sauce.
