Guest guest Posted August 17, 1999 Report Share Posted August 17, 1999 Todays recipies are all from this sight unless otherwhise stated > <<<http://or3.cis.or.occ.cc.mi.us/w97int/s02593/public_html/soups.htm>>> Spinach soup Ingredients: 2 teacups spinach leaves 1 tablespoon butter 1 table spoon plain all-purpose flour 1/2 teacup milk salt and pepper to taste Method 1.thoroughly wash the spinach and remove the thick stems 2.Put the spinach leaves in a plate and microware on *high* for about 30 seconds, until the spinach is well cooked. 3.Blend the spinach to a smooth puree in a blender. 4.Put the butter in a glass bowl and microwave on *HIGH* for 15 seconds. 5.Add the flour and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or until the surface looks puffy. 6.Add the milk, spinach puree, salt and pepper.
