Guest guest Posted May 4, 2010 Report Share Posted May 4, 2010 Crockpot Bean Stew Yield: 6 servings 1 Onion, chopped 1 tablespoon Oil 2 Cloves garlic, chopped 1 1/2 teaspoon Paprika or use smoked paprika 1/2 cups Pinto beans 1/2 cups Northern beans 1/2 cups Kidney beans 1/2 cups Red lentils or brown lentils 5 cups Water or broth 1 Bay leaf 1 teaspoon Celery seed 1 teaspoon Dill weed 2 teaspoon Salt 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper 2 cups Cubed potatoes 1 cup diced carrots Saute onion, garlic in oil along with paprika.
